These are from Paris fashion week, and I don't think I can say it any better than they caption on the original picture:  "these are the shoes you wear when you are emerging from a petrified swamp after an apocalypse."  These are just insane.  Although, to be fair, they do go with the insanity of the outfit, so there you go...
